From 27 July to 3 August 2018 Juno Burger, Eva Jans, Tijn Touber and Binkie Dabekaussen are going to Lesbos (Greece) to help in Home For A Day (https://www.homeforaday.gr). In this
restaurant, the owners Nikos and Katarina prepare more than 2,000 meals per day for refugees who can eat here and escape the misery of the camps. Refugees can enjoy fresh fish, rotating meals and
conversations with friends and family from all over the world.
Besides all the practical help we can offer in serving food and the kitchen, we also use our other talents to support the refugees. Tijn gives meditations, Binkie yoga and Shin Do, Eva massages
and Juno personal clearings to anyone who wants and can use it.
Each of us invests € 650 per person for a ticket plus a personal contribution of € 600 that directly goes to buying ingredients to prepare the meals. You can imagine the enormous amount of food
that is needed to realize this every day. We therefore already take € 2,400 which directly benefits this fantastic initiative!
You give, we give.
We also want to ask you to share your wealth with these people in need. That is why we now start with the '55 for Lesbos' campaign. Here we ask you for a minimum contribution of €55 that goes
directly to food for the refugees. Literally you feed a wonderful humanitarian project and support Nikos and Katarina in their heartwarming mission.
